Cancellation policy

Emanate Nourish monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month at the subscription price shown at checkout.

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees or minimum commitment.

To manage your subscription, sign in to your customer account at drinkemanate.com.au and select Manage Subscription. You can also request assistance by emailing hello@drinkemanate.com.au.

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must pause, skip or cancel your subscription before the payment is processed.

Pausing temporarily suspends your subscription, skipping affects only the selected order, and cancelling stops all future subscription orders and payments.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.
